All new clients are vetted thoroughly by our competent agents and an extensive credit check is done with TPN Credit Bureau
Invoicing & Collections
Tenants are invoiced utilities and monthly rental accordingly and all monies are collected on behalf of landlords
Payments
Utilities, levies, rent and any other costs are paid to body corporates, municipalities and other institutions on behalf of landlords
Inspections
Thorough ingoing, interim and outgoing inspections are done which include photos and descriptions where necessary
Maintenance & Repairs
All maintenance and repairs reported to the agent can be arranged and facilitated by the agent on behalf of the landlord through our associated contractors
Other
We offer extended services at a cost which include but are not limited to: extra inspections, meeting attendance on behalf of landlords, income and expense reports, evictions and lots more
